Get Ready for 5G Affordability: Samsung Launches Galaxy A25 5G and A15 5G in India this Christmas

Samsung recently launched its latest smartphones, Galaxy A25 5G and Galaxy A15 5G in Vietnam. Following recent leaks suggesting an imminent launch in India, Samsung has officially confirmed that both the devices will be launched in the Indian market on December 26 at 12:30 PM IST.

As these smartphones have already been announced, we are well aware of their features and specifications. So for us, the Indian launch will be centered around official pricing and availability details for the country. To provide a brief overview, the Galaxy-A Duo sports a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED Infinity-U notch display, offering a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Galaxy A25 has a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of brightness, while the A15 5G comes with a 90Hz refresh rate screen and 800 nits of brightness. Both models come in a variety of colors including Personality Yellow, Fantasy Blue, Optimistic Blue and Ban Linh Black.

Under the hood, the A15 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, while the A25 5G has an Exynos 1280 chipset.

Additionally, both the phones have a versatile triple camera setup. The A25 5G sports a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP depth sensor, while the A15 5G comes with a 50MP main lens, a 5MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP depth sensor.

Fueling the Galaxy A25 5G and Galaxy A15 5G is a generous 5000mAh battery with 25W charging support. They also run the latest Android 14 with Samsung's One UI 6 custom skin on top. While the official Indian pricing remains under wraps, the Vietnamese launch price provides us with some clues. The A15 5G starts at around $260 in Vietnam, while the A25 5G is slightly more expensive at around $270.
