The Phone 2a India launch took place in March 2024 and this is the first time the company is moving beyond white and black color options for its smartphone in the market.

The Nothing Phone (2a) is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As a 5G-enabled device, it supports Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6. The Phone 2a gets Android 14 with Nothing OS 2.5 on top, and will get three years of Android OS updates and four years of security patches. The phone has a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1300 nits. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and supports HDR10+ playback.

The dual-rear camera module featuring a 50MP primary shooter and a 50MP ultra-wide lens offers nothing. On the front, there is a 16MP shooter for selfies. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast-charging support. It is worth noting that the power adapter is not included in the box contents of the product. The company has also recently refreshed its in-ear lineup, launching new in-ear and in-ear TWS earbuds in the market, where the latter gets a yellow color option.
