SAMS Portal Achieves Recognition


Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education (HE) Department's Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Portal has been honored with the esteemed SKOCH Platinum Award 2026, recognizing its significant impact on the technology-driven delivery of higher education services within the state.


SAMS serves as a comprehensive digital platform that streamlines admissions and various academic services for students and educational institutions throughout the region. This accolade underscores the platform's effectiveness in fostering a transparent, efficient, and tech-enabled approach to higher education.
