Air India Express Launches Daily Flights from Bengaluru to Bangkok

Air India Express has announced the commencement of daily direct flights between Bengaluru and Bangkok starting from October 18. This new route aims to strengthen the airline's international network from Bengaluru, ensuring seamless travel to Thailand, especially beneficial for leisure and business travelers during the upcoming festive and holiday seasons. To celebrate this launch, the airline has introduced special express value fares starting at ₹16,800. The one-way fare from Bengaluru to Bangkok is set at ₹9,000, while the return fare from Bangkok to Bengaluru is ₹8,850. Bookings are already available through the airline's official website, mobile app, and major travel booking platforms.

Bangkok, one of Southeast Asia's most popular tourist destinations, is renowned for its vibrant culture, cuisine, temples, and nightlife. With this new service, Air India Express aims to enhance connectivity with Thailand, where it already operates flights from Lucknow to Bangkok. This launch underscores the airline's strategy to strengthen regional connectivity and expand its presence in international markets. On September 15, Air India Express also initiated direct flight services between Dehradun and Bengaluru, inaugurated by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at Jolly Grant Airport.

Describing this as a historic step for the state's civil aviation sector, the Chief Minister stated that this service will significantly improve connectivity, boost tourism, trade, and investment, and provide a convenient travel option for students, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
