jaipur desk !!!Madras High Court judge Justice N Kirubakaran on Thursday said the presence of the Supreme Court only in New Delhi is an injustice to those who do not live in and around the national capital. He urged the apex court to reconsider setting up of regional benches across the country. Justice Kirubakaran, one of the senior judges of the Madras High Court, retired on Friday. He made the remarks on Thursday at a farewell function organized for him. In his speech, he said, “Having a Supreme Court in New Delhi is an injustice to most of the people.
