The incident occurred in the Sharda Nagar area, where Amit Singh, a private employee, went to a nearby general store to buy milk. Noticing the long-standing broken road, he jokingly asked the shopkeeper, Sanjay Singh Bhadauria, if the road would be repaired. This seemingly innocent question provoked the shopkeeper, who began to verbally abuse Amit.

As the argument escalated, Sanjay dragged Amit into the store, where he and his son, Saurabh, assaulted him with sticks. The brutal attack left Amit injured and resulted in three broken teeth. Following the incident, Amit went directly to the police station, holding his broken teeth, to file a complaint.

Resolution of the Conflict

After the assault, the accused mockingly handed Amit his broken teeth, taunting him with the words, 'Here, the road is fixed. Now go file an FIR!' Amit promptly called the emergency services, and the police arrived at the scene, taking both parties to the local police station.
