In Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, a young woman experienced a distressing incident while sleeping at home with her mother. The following day, her family went to the police station to file a complaint against a young man who had been persistently harassing her. This individual, infatuated with the woman, had been troubling her for several days. No matter where she went, he would follow her. However, on Friday night, he crossed a line by entering her home and attempting to molest her while she was asleep with her mother. When she resisted, he assaulted her mother and brother as well. The victim has since lodged a formal complaint at the police station.

The young woman, a resident of a local village, reported that around 9 PM the previous night, the obsessed young man, accompanied by an accomplice, entered her home and began to harass her. Upon hearing her screams, her mother and brother woke up. When the family intervened, the accused allegedly attacked them before fleeing the scene. The victim claims that the young man is in love with her and is trying to force her into marriage. The police are currently investigating the matter, as confirmed by the local police officer Sanjay Kumar.
