Preparations for Prime Minister Modi's Visit

On Saturday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath convened a meeting to discuss the arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the state on December 25, as well as the inauguration of the newly constructed 'Rashtra Prerna Sthal'.

During the meeting, he emphasized that this gift to Lucknow, presented by the Prime Minister on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will symbolize national consciousness, cultural heritage, and pride.

According to an official statement, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the 'Rashtra Prerna Sthal', dedicated to Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, and the late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure that all arrangements related to security, traffic, protocol, hospitality, and crowd management meet the highest standards, especially considering the Prime Minister's presence, leaving no room for negligence.

He reviewed the logistics for over two hundred thousand attendees coming from across the state, including transportation, parking, bus route planning, control rooms, and medical units, and directed that nodal officers be appointed for each bus, parking block, and entry point.

Yogi also directed the police and administration to implement multi-layered security measures for the VIP route, helipad, event venue, and public gathering area, as well as to install clear signage for traffic changes, parking, and pedestrian pathways. He also emphasized the importance of media management, reception arrangements, cultural presentations, and coordination in protocol to ensure timely execution.
