A woman was reportedly shot and killed on Saturday in Shalimar Bagh, located in northwest Delhi, according to a police official.

The authorities suspect that this incident may be connected to a long-standing murder case involving the woman's husband, for which several suspects are still at large.

The victim has been identified as Rachna Yadav, whose husband was murdered a few years ago. According to police reports, she had been actively seeking updates on her husband's case and was determined to achieve justice.

Some of the suspects named in her husband's murder case remain fugitives, and they are considered the primary suspects in Rachna's killing. A senior police officer stated that multiple teams have been formed to apprehend the attackers. The police are also reviewing CCTV footage from the area and conducting inquiries with local residents.
