CJP Declines Invitation from JP Nadda

New Delhi: On Thursday, Union Minister JP Nadda extended an invitation to the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) for discussions, but the party's leaders declined the offer, according to sources.

The CJP had also rejected a similar invitation on Wednesday, insisting that any talks with the government should take place at a neutral location.

A source revealed, "An invitation was sent to the CJP by JP Nadda for talks today, but those present at the protest site declined the invitation."

During a press conference at Jantar Mantar, where the CJP has been protesting for accountability regarding the NEET paper leak and the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, chief spokesperson Saurav Das mentioned that police had communicated Nadda's invitation for a meeting at his residence.

"We declined to visit anyone's home or office. The people's court is here. Ministers should engage with the public. If they wish to converse, it should occur at Jantar Mantar," Das stated.

However, he added that the CJP is open to dialogue and would consider a neutral venue close to the protest site if security issues arise.
