Jemimah Rodrigues Takes on a New Role

Bengaluru: Jemimah Rodrigues, a prominent player in the Indian women's cricket team, has been appointed as the Friendship Ambassador for Switzerland Tourism, aiming to connect with the younger generation of Indian travelers.

Currently, Rodrigues is on the mend from a significant right hamstring injury that led her to miss both the Asia Cup and the Asian Games.

During an event hosted by Switzerland Tourism, she expressed, "Representing India has always held a special place in my heart, and I carry a piece of home with me wherever I go."

She further added, "I am excited to meet new people, try different experiences, explore various locations, and share those moments with everyone back home."
