In Gurugram, Haryana, a shocking incident occurred when unidentified gunmen opened fire outside the home of popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav. This attack took place early in the morning, and shortly after, a post on Instagram attributed the assault to a group known as the 'Bhau Gang.'

According to local law enforcement, three individuals on motorcycles unleashed a barrage of over twenty bullets at Yadav's residence between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, although the bullets struck both the ground and the first floor of the house.

The Instagram message, which included illustrations of guns and the phrase 'BHAU GANG SINCE 2020,' claimed that the motive behind the attack was Yadav's alleged promotion of illegal betting applications.

This gang is reportedly led by a fugitive gangster named Himanshu Bhau, who is currently based in Portugal.

In their post, the alleged gang members stated, 'Today, the bullets that were fired at Elvish Yadav's house were fired by us, Neeraj Faridpur and Bhau Ritoliya. We are making our presence known to him. He has caused distress to many families by endorsing betting. We warn all social media influencers that promoting betting could lead to dire consequences.'

As of now, there has been no official confirmation linking this online claim to the actual attack.

Elvish Yadav, who gained fame as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT, was not at home during the incident. His caretaker and some family members were present but thankfully unharmed.

The Gurugram Police confirmed the incident, stating, 'At approximately 5:30/6:00 a.m. today, unknown individuals fired shots at a residence under the jurisdiction of Police Station Sector-56, Gurugram. Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident.'

The attackers have since fled the scene, and police teams have been deployed to gather forensic evidence and review CCTV footage from the vicinity.

Authorities have indicated that legal proceedings are underway, and further investigations will continue once Yadav's family files a formal complaint.

Yadav's father mentioned that there had been no prior threats against them before this incident. Currently, Yadav is out of Haryana for work commitments.

Initial investigations suggest that the attack was executed by three individuals on a motorcycle, and multiple police teams are actively working to apprehend the suspects.

Yadav has been embroiled in controversies, including a previous arrest related to allegations of using snake venom as a recreational substance at parties he allegedly hosted.
