What to Expect from PM Modi's Upcoming Triranga Yatra in Odisha?

PM Modi's Visit to Odisha: A Celebration of Governance
Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to engage in a Triranga Yatra and conduct a roadshow on June 20, coinciding with the first anniversary of the BJP's government in Odisha, as confirmed by a senior minister.
Although Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi's administration marked its one-year milestone on June 12, the government is organizing a week-long celebration that will culminate with Modi's address on June 20.
Last year, Modi was present for the swearing-in ceremony of the Majhi government in the state.
According to Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Minister Rabi Narayan Naik, the Prime Minister is expected to land at the airport around 3 PM from Bihar. He will then participate in the Triranga Yatra and lead a roadshow from Biju Patnaik International Airport to Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar.
Official reports indicate that Modi will address a large audience during the celebrations, focusing on the achievements of the BJP government in Odisha.
He is also anticipated to discuss future development plans for the state, as shared by a senior leader who attended a preparatory meeting at the BJP headquarters on Friday.
The meeting included notable figures such as Majhi, Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal, and Deputy CMs Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida.
Additionally, Modi will unveil Odisha's Vision Document for 2036 and 2047, marking significant milestones: the centenary of the state's formation in 2036 and the 100th anniversary of India's independence in 2047.
