New Delhi: On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in a phone conversation with US President Donald Trump, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation, as reported by US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gor.

During their 40-minute discussion, the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz in West Asia was also a topic of concern.
This marks the third interaction between the two leaders this year, following their recent peace negotiations involving Iran and the US.
Previously, they communicated on February 2 to highlight advancements in a trade agreement and again on March 24 to address the situation in West Asia.
The conversation concluded with Trump expressing his affection for Modi, stating, 'I just want you to know we all love you,' according to the ambassador.
