Incident Involving CM's Convoy in Ratlam

On Thursday, a convoy of 19 vehicles belonging to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had to be towed after water was mistakenly filled instead of diesel. This incident occurred at a petrol station in Ratlam district, where the Chief Minister was scheduled to attend an event the following day. The vehicles, which were en route from Indore, broke down shortly after refueling in Ratlam, prompting the need for towing. Footage from the scene shows the SUV being pushed by both the driver and a petrol station employee.

Petrol Pump Sealed Following Contamination

Following the discovery of fuel contamination, the petrol pump was sealed. A driver from the convoy reported that they had stopped at the petrol station to refuel while traveling from Indore to Ratlam. He mentioned that they had filled the tank with diesel, but some vehicles broke down after traveling just one kilometer, while others failed to leave the station. According to reports, the Food and Civil Supplies Department collected fuel samples, confirming the presence of water in the diesel. Subsequently, officials arranged for another fleet to assist Chief Minister Yadav from Indore.
