Currently, the phone is available in select regions, including Taiwan. The Vivo X200 FE will join the ranks of the company's flagship series, which also includes the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro. Additionally, Vivo offers an Ultra model, although it is exclusively available in its home market.

Recent reports indicate that the X200 FE in India will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset and will feature UFS 3.1 storage.
