Officials discussed critical issues such as safeguarding workers' interests, ensuring double pay for overtime, bonus payments, weekly off provisions, and improving workplace safety. Additionally, the District Magistrate of Noida, Medha Roopam, announced a helpline for lodging complaints and the establishment of a special control room for workers' convenience, assuring that all grievances would be addressed promptly.
