Upon receiving reports of the disturbance, police arrived promptly and detained one suspect, while two others managed to escape the scene.

According to initial reports, a young woman riding on a motorcycle with her brother was subjected to inappropriate comments and harassment by a group of Muslim youths. The incident occurred when the victim's brother was riding with her on the motorcycle along Railway Road. The accused allegedly collided with their motorcycle from behind, which sparked the ensuing conflict.
As the brother strongly opposed the harassment, the youths began to physically assault him. This escalated the situation, drawing a crowd of onlookers who intervened and taught the three harassers a lesson.
Following the incident, police detained one of the suspects, identified as Ayaan, son of Shamshad, a resident of Mohalla Bhandapatti. Authorities reported that the altercation stemmed from a minor collision involving a scooter and the motorcycle, leading to a heated exchange of blows and insults between the two parties. The police are currently gathering information on the other two individuals involved for further action.
