In San Luis Obispo, California, firefighters are actively combating a vegetation fire that has expanded to around 15 acres, as reported by local authorities. The fire, located near the 200 block of O'Connor Way, is currently 20% contained, and officials have managed to halt its forward movement.


Initially, the fire was estimated to cover between two and three acres when emergency responders first arrived. It later grew to approximately 13 acres, posing a threat to one nearby structure. Authorities had cautioned that the fire could potentially spread to as much as 50 acres.
