In a thrilling final at the ITF W35 Kalaburagi, India's Vaishnavi Adkar secured the singles championship with a hard-fought 7-6(3), 6-4 victory over fellow Indian player Ankita Raina on Sunday.
Competing on International Women's Day, Adkar showcased her skills in a tightly contested match, earning 35 WTA ranking points and a prize of USD 4,860. Raina, on the other hand, received USD 2,637 and 23 ranking points, as reported.
