Uttar Pradesh's Growth Under PM Modi's Leadership

On Thursday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's adept leadership, Uttar Pradesh is playing a crucial role in transforming India into a developed nation. In a recent post, he highlighted that the development and welfare initiatives implemented in the state have significantly improved the living standards of its residents. He noted that the benefits of government schemes are reaching all segments of society, including the poor, farmers, youth, and women, in a transparent, timely, and effective manner.

A New Era for Uttar Pradesh

Yogi Adityanath stated that with the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, the 'New Uttar Pradesh' is pivotal in the journey towards a 'Developed India.' He expressed confidence that by 2026, the development-oriented policies of the double-engine government will set new benchmarks for prosperity, good governance, and overall progress in the state.

Investment and AI Initiatives

He further asserted that the government is committed to fostering investment and utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), predicting that 2025 will be remembered for innovations in technology and data. In an open letter to the citizens of Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Minister mentioned ongoing preparations for establishing 'AI City' in Lucknow and Noida. He also revealed that under the 'AI Pragya' initiative, training will be provided to 1 million citizens in AI.

Setting New Standards in Governance

In a letter shared on social media, the Chief Minister remarked, 'As we enter the year 2026, 2025 will be remembered for setting new standards in technology, AI, and data innovation. Uttar Pradesh is establishing visionary development benchmarks. The governance in the state has empowered the 'UP brand' globally, making it a state of trust for investors.' He added that preparations for 'AI City' in Lucknow and Noida are underway, and a semiconductor unit worth ₹3,700 crores is being constructed in Jewar. The success of the 'Indigenous Center' and the data center policy focused on secure data is becoming evident, with commercial operations of five hyperscale data center parks already initiated. The goal is to attract an investment of ₹30,000 crores in the data center sector.
