Recognition for Excellence in Security Management

The Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) established by the Uttar Pradesh Police for the upcoming Kumbh Mela 2025 has been honored with the esteemed 'Skoch Gold' award. This announcement was made by the state government on Monday.


According to an official statement from the state government, over 660 million devotees participated in the Kumbh Mela, which lasted for 45 days. The Uttar Pradesh Police received accolades both nationally and internationally for ensuring the safety of this significant event.


The statement highlighted that the ICCC played a crucial role in maintaining security from ground to sky during the event. It was noted that while managing the massive crowds, the center successfully thwarted more than 6 million cyber attacks.
