Launch of 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Initiative

On Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign in the state capital, just two days before the 79th Independence Day. He emphasized that this initiative symbolizes national pride and gratitude towards freedom fighters, revolutionaries, and soldiers.

The event, held on Kalidas Marg, saw the participation of Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, along with several dignitaries from the state.

While addressing the crowd, Adityanath stated that this campaign aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call to spread the message of patriotism to every household. He remarked, “Our nation is celebrating 78 years of independence and has entered the Amrit Kaal. Every Indian should hold respect and dedication towards the Constitution, national symbols, and the great revolutionaries and personalities. Over the past decade, under the Prime Minister's guidance, this spirit of nationalism has reached every home, and through the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, we are witnessing its flourishing.”

Significance of the Tiranga Yatra

Adityanath explained that the Tiranga Yatra is not merely a march but also an expression of gratitude towards Bharat Mata, esteemed leaders, revolutionaries, and brave soldiers. He stated, “This journey is setting an example for every village, town, and district alongside the Independence Day celebrations.”

Encouraging public participation, he urged, “The tricolor should be hoisted in every Indian home as a symbol of our pride and respect for the country and our soldiers.”

A Call for Unity and Responsibility

He highlighted the valor of the Indian Army witnessed during 'Operation Sindoor' and noted that as the world marvels at India's strength, it is our duty to rise above selfishness and dedicate ourselves to uphold the nation's honor. He also mentioned that this occasion should be used to expose forces attempting to divide society based on caste, region, religion, or other grounds.

Adityanath extended early wishes for Independence Day to the public.
