Special Arrangements for Kanwar Yatra in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, August 4 - The Uttar Pradesh government has made extensive arrangements to ensure that this year's Kanwar Yatra is celebrated with grandeur, safety, and spiritual dignity. This information was shared in an official statement.

According to the announcement, on August 9 and 10, devotees participating in the Kanwar Yatra will be welcomed with flower showers from helicopters along the main routes in western Uttar Pradesh.

The helicopter is scheduled to depart from Lucknow to Bagpat at around 8 AM on August 9. A flower shower for the Kanwar pilgrims will take place in Bagpat between 10:30 AM and 11:15 AM. Following this, a similar welcome will occur in Saharanpur from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM.

Officials have indicated that flower showers will also be conducted for the Kanwar pilgrims in Muzaffarnagar and Meerut. Additionally, on August 10, the helicopter will shower flowers on the Kanwar devotees in Ghaziabad, Hapur, and Bulandshahr.
