Unraveling the Noida Riots: The Mastermind Behind the Violence
Latest Developments in Noida Riots
The violence that erupted during the labor protests in Noida on April 13 is now being revealed as a meticulously planned conspiracy. Initially perceived as spontaneous anger from workers, investigations by the Special Task Force (STF) are uncovering deeper layers. Central to this plot is Aditya Anand, who abandoned a secure job as a software engineer to establish a violent network among the labor community.
Aditya Anand hails from Hajipur in Bihar and boasts an impressive educational background. He completed his engineering studies at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Jamshedpur, where he was recognized as a promising student with a bright future in technology. After graduating, he began his career as a software engineer in a multinational company in Noida and later worked in the IT sector in Gurugram. However, his interests gradually shifted towards social and ideological activities, leading him to leave his high-profile job.
From Software Engineer to Reporter
According to investigative agencies, after resigning, Aditya Anand joined an organization that operated a magazine and a YouTube channel. Through this platform, he began presenting himself as a reporter, which was part of his strategy to gain access to workers and earn their trust. Under the guise of covering labor issues, he became active among them and strengthened his influence through platforms like 'Mazdoor Bigul'. He participated in secret meetings, organized workers, and motivated them for a larger movement through speeches.
Strategizing Violence at Aditya's Residence

The STF's investigation revealed a shocking detail: significant meetings took place between March 30 and April 1 at Aditya's rented flat in Arun Vihar, Sector 37 of Noida. Members from organizations such as 'Mazdoor Bigul', 'Disha Student Organization', 'Yuva Bharat Sabha', and 'Ekta Sangharsh Samiti' were present. Between April 9 and 10, Aditya became fully active in Noida's industrial areas, inciting workers for protests. On the day of the violence, he was seen delivering speeches amidst the crowd, with videos of this event circulating on social media.
Arrest of the Fugitive with a Bounty
After the riots, Aditya Anand went into hiding, frequently changing his location to evade police capture. He traveled from Noida to Delhi and eventually reached Tamil Nadu via the railway network. Under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Mishra from the Noida STF unit, police scrutinized CCTV footage from metro and railway stations. Ultimately, this fugitive, who had a bounty of ₹1 lakh on his head, was apprehended at the Tiruchirappalli railway station in Tamil Nadu.
The STF is currently interrogating Aditya to uncover the identities behind this entire network and the sources of its funding. More significant revelations are anticipated in the coming days.
