A Home Built with Nature in Mind

The owner built the home around the massive Peepal tree, which is over a century old, without harming it. Foundation Laid 27 Years Ago

The foundation of this home was laid 27 years ago by the late Dr. Motilal Kesharwani. According to his son, Motilal grew up under the tree's shade and wanted to incorporate it into their home. Despite the challenges posed by the tree's location, the family decided against cutting it down and instead built around it with the help of an engineer.

Eco-Friendly and Spiritual Significance

Remarkably, the house is entirely eco-friendly, with no damage done to any part of the Peepal tree. The Kesharwani family's home has become well-known throughout the city, and there is even a temple beneath it where visitors come to worship. The Peepal tree is not only significant for environmental reasons but also holds spiritual importance, as it is believed to be home to numerous deities. The family performs daily rituals to honor the tree, which is scientifically recognized for producing oxygen both day and night.
