This incredible coincidence occurred at the Cardarelli hospital in Naples. Initially, the mother welcomed a baby named Futura, weighing 3.8 kg. Just a few hours later, her daughter also delivered a baby, Giovanni, who weighed 3.4 kg.

A Family Legacy of Strength

The mother, Mara Barone, is a biologist and this marks her second delivery. Her first child, Paola, was born when she was just 15 years old in 2002. Despite her young age, she chose to embrace motherhood instead of opting for abortion.

On the same day that Mara became a mother again, her daughter Paola, now 21, also welcomed her own child. The two women shared their pregnancy journey, living together under one roof.
