Additionally, Puri inaugurated an exhibition highlighting the achievements of the NDA government and the progress made by the Delhi BJP government in its first 100 days. Minister's Remarks on Khalistani Protests

On Monday, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri commented on the protests by Khalistani supporters ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's trip to Canada for the G-7 summit, labeling the demonstrators as hired actors and suggesting they should not be taken seriously. Speaking to reporters in the national capital alongside Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Puri was asked about videos showing protests in Canada by Khalistani supporters. He responded, "Forget about it... Another video is going viral showing individuals funded by a neighboring country (Pakistan) protesting due to lack of funds... Look, these hired actors should not be taken seriously."


 


Protests in Canada Against Modi's Attendance

On Sunday, a group of protesters carrying Khalistani banners took to the streets in Canada to oppose Modi's participation in the G-7 summit held in Kananskis. Although India is not a member of the G-7, it has received special invitations from the host countries. On Monday, Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva jointly inaugurated an exhibition titled "11 Years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Government" and "100 Days of Delhi Government."


 


Exhibition Highlights Government Achievements

This exhibition, held at the Delhi BJP headquarters, showcased the significant achievements of the NDA government at the center over the past eleven years. It also highlighted the progress made by the newly formed BJP government in Delhi during the last 100 days. During the event, Puri congratulated the Delhi Chief Minister and her cabinet not only for their accomplishments in these 100 days but also for the milestones they have planned for the future.
