When dealing with kidney stones, it is believed that consuming sour buttermilk, horse gram dal and its water, leaves of the stonebreaker plant, and a tablespoon of neem leaf juice in the morning followed by a tablespoon of pipal leaf juice in the evening can be beneficial.
What to Do If You Have Gallbladder Stones?
Gallbladder stones can result from obesity, vitamin C deficiency, junk food consumption, and inadequate water intake. To prevent these stones, control your weight, eat fruits rich in vitamin C, avoid packaged foods, and aim to drink about 3 liters of water daily.
