Understanding and Treating Intestinal Worms in Children
Recognizing Intestinal Worms in Children
Children often struggle to communicate their discomfort or issues to their parents. As they grow older, they may hesitate to share their problems for fear of restrictions on their pocket money or external food. Younger children, who may not be able to express themselves verbally, require parents and family members to be vigilant and recognize any signs of distress.
If you suspect that your young child might have intestinal worms but are unsure, there's no need to panic. In this article, we will discuss common symptoms of intestinal worms (pet me keede hone ke lakshan) and some effective home remedies (pet ke keedo ka gharelu ilaaj).
Sudden abdominal pain (pet dard ka karan) can sometimes lead to a diagnosis of intestinal worms after consulting a doctor. These parasites are frequently found in children's digestive systems. The presence of worms can lead to various digestive issues, including loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. If the larvae reach the lungs, they can even trigger asthma. Factors such as children eating dirt, consuming contaminated food, wearing unclean clothes, neglecting personal hygiene, and excessive intake of certain foods like meat, fish, jaggery, yogurt, and vinegar can contribute to the presence of worms.
