Broader Implications

Despite the Bihar Police's efforts in resolving several cases by apprehending multiple suspects, the state government has faced backlash regarding the rising crime rates against women and minors.
Opposition leaders have voiced strong criticism of the law-and-order situation in Bihar, claiming that a pervasive fear exists among women and girls when they venture outside, questioning the government's capability to ensure their safety.
