Muzaffarpur witnessed a troubling incident highlighting the fragility of trust in marital relationships. Ravi Kumar, a resident of the Bada Jagannath Panchayat in the Ahiyapur police station area, found himself in a distressing situation when he suspected his wife of infidelity.

Initially, their marriage seemed stable, but Ravi soon noticed a change in his wife's behavior, leading him to believe she might be involved with another man. This suspicion prompted him to keep a closer watch on her activities.

One night, upon returning home, Ravi discovered his wife engaged in a video call with a man, presumably her lover. When he inquired about the conversation, she refused to respond, escalating Ravi's curiosity.

In a moment of confrontation, Ravi attempted to take the phone from her, which resulted in an unexpected violent reaction. His wife grabbed a rolling pin from the kitchen and struck him, causing severe injuries including a head wound and a broken nose.

Ravi's cries for help attracted neighbors, who intervened and separated the couple. He was subsequently taken to SKMCH for medical treatment, where his condition is reported to be stable.
