Trust Denies Allegations of Missing Donations for Ram Temple
Trust Responds to Allegations
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has refuted claims made by Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav regarding the alleged disappearance of millions in donations for the temple. Mahant Dineendra Das Maharaj, a member of the Trust, stated that all transactions are meticulously recorded and processed with complete transparency. He emphasized that decisions within the Trust are made collectively and documented in writing, ensuring that all financial dealings are carefully maintained and conducted in a proper and transparent manner.
Commitment to Transparency
Dineendra Das Maharaj expressed that there is a spirit of harmony and love among the members, asserting that Lord Ram is observing everything. Regardless of public opinion, he assured that all activities related to Ram Lalla are proceeding smoothly. He further stressed that the Trust would never commit any errors. Champat Rai, the General Secretary of the temple Trust, mentioned that regular internal audits are conducted, and no significant irregularities have been found to date.
Ongoing Audits and Concerns
Rai explained that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust undergoes periodic internal audits, which are carried out by the Trust and the State Bank of India. This auditing process spans several days and is currently ongoing, with no notable issues reported so far. In his statement, Yadav highlighted the government's suspicious silence on the matter and called for the Supreme Court to take suo motu cognizance. He argued that this issue is directly linked to the profound faith of the global Sanatan community in Lord Ram, and the government's silence raises concerns.
