Late Tuesday night, a tragic accident in Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh resulted in the deaths of nine individuals and left two others injured. This information was confirmed by a senior police official.
According to Padmavilochan Shukla, the Superintendent of Police in Jhabua, the incident occurred around 2:30 AM when a cement-laden truck lost control while crossing a railway crossing near the under-construction rail-over-bridge in the Meghnagar tehsil area. The truck overturned onto a van.
The victims were reportedly members of the same family who were returning from a wedding ceremony.
