On Wednesday, a tragic shooting incident occurred in a house in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in the discovery of three deceased individuals, including a married couple. The identity of the third victim remains unknown.

According to a police official, the incident took place in the Gol Chauraha area of Mandsaur city, where the deceased couple was involved in the jewelry trade.

Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar Meena reported that a significant police presence was dispatched to the scene immediately after receiving the information. The area was secured, and a thorough examination of the crime scene was conducted.

He stated, "The bodies of the deceased have been sent to the district hospital for post-mortem, and an investigation into the case has commenced." Additionally, a pistol and a knife were recovered from the scene, and clarity on the situation will emerge following the post-mortem report.

The couple was known for their jewelry business, and the police are exploring various angles to determine the motives behind the incident and identify any suspects. He mentioned that given the current circumstances, it is challenging to draw conclusions, but it is likely that the shooting stemmed from some form of dispute.
