Young Woman Shot Dead in Delhi

New Delhi, July 29 - A 20-year-old woman working as a caretaker in the Keshav Puram area of northwest Delhi was tragically shot in the head on Wednesday, according to police reports. Authorities stated that they received information about the murder of a young woman at a building located in Shanti Nagar, Keshav Puram.


Upon receiving the alert, a police team promptly arrived at the scene. During their inspection, they discovered the bloodied body of the woman in a room on the third floor of the building. Reports indicate that she had sustained a gunshot wound to her head.


The victim has been identified as Jyoti, a resident of Azadpur, who worked as a caretaker during the day shift. Initial investigations revealed that she was involved in a romantic relationship with a young man named Saurabh, who worked as a caretaker during the night shift in the same building. Police suspect that a personal dispute may have led Saurabh to shoot Jyoti before fleeing the scene.
