Tragic Road Accident in Churu Claims Two Lives

Fatal Collision in Bhaleeri Area

Churu. A devastating road accident occurred on Tuesday night in the Bhaleeri police jurisdiction. Around 9 PM, a high-speed trailer collided head-on with an Alto car between the villages of Buchawas and Togawas. The crash resulted in the immediate deaths of two young men in the car, while another individual sustained serious injuries.

The deceased have been identified as Pradeep Jangid (25), a resident of Manpura (Sadulpur), and Praveen Jat (27), also from Manpura (Sadulpur). The injured party, Mahesh Jangid (25), from Boongi (Rajgarh), was rushed to a higher medical facility due to his critical condition.

Accident Occurred While Returning from Work

Reports indicate that Pradeep was employed in furniture work in Buchawas village. On Tuesday evening, his friend Praveen arrived in the Alto to pick him up. Mahesh, who worked with Pradeep, also joined them in the car, planning to get off at Dadrewa along the way.

As they exited Buchawas village, a speeding trailer struck their vehicle with tremendous force. The impact was so severe that the front of the car was completely wrecked.

Immediate Aftermath of the Collision

The scene erupted in chaos following the accident. Local residents and police quickly assisted in transporting the injured Mahesh to the hospital in Taranagar, where he was later referred to a higher center due to his critical state.

Unfortunately, Pradeep and Praveen succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

Police Action Following the Incident

Upon receiving news of the incident, the Bhaleeri police arrived promptly. They secured the bodies and placed them in the mortuary at Taranagar hospital. The police have seized the trailer involved in the accident and taken the driver into custody as they initiate an investigation.
