Fatal Incident Involving Aban Ahmed

According to police reports, Aban Ahmed, the youngest son of the notorious gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed, tragically lost his life in a road accident on Thursday in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Officials revealed that Aban was en route from Prayagraj to Jhansi to visit his brother, who is currently incarcerated. During the journey, the white Hyundai Creta he was traveling in reportedly lost control and collided with a roadside divider. The impact was so severe that both Aban and his friend Sonu died at the scene.

Authorities indicated that the vehicle was allegedly speeding at the time of the crash. The bodies have been sent for autopsy, and an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the accident. The collision was so intense that it resulted in the immediate deaths of Aban and Sonu. According to police, the car was traveling at a high speed when the incident occurred. The investigation aims to uncover the precise reasons behind the tragic event. The Ahmed family has been in the spotlight due to numerous criminal cases against its members. Aban's brother, Asad Ahmed, was killed in an encounter with Uttar Pradesh police in April 2023, as he was wanted in the Umesh Pal murder case.

Another brother, Ali Ahmed, is currently imprisoned in Jhansi and faces around ten criminal charges, including those under the Gangster Act. Police records also indicate that their brother, Umar Ahmed, is incarcerated in Lucknow and is facing eleven criminal cases. Aban, who was studying and living outside of prison, met his untimely demise in this unfortunate road accident in Jhansi.
