Heartbreaking Loss for Jacqueline Fernandez

In a sorrowful turn of events, actress Jacqueline Fernandez's mother, Kim Fernandez, has passed away following a stroke on Sunday.

Earlier, some news outlets mistakenly reported her death, but it has now been confirmed that Kim Fernandez has indeed passed away.

Kim was admitted to the ICU on March 24 after suffering a stroke. Upon hearing about her mother's condition, Jacqueline hurried back home to be by her side. Kim, who resided in Manama, Bahrain, had previously faced health issues in 2022, leading to hospitalization.

Jacqueline and her father, Elroy Fernandez, visited Kim at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after her admission.

A video circulating on social media showed Jacqueline rushing into the hospital to see her mother, dressed in a white salwar kameez and wearing a mask, with her father also present.

Additionally, Jacqueline's co-star from *Kick*, Salman Khan, was seen visiting Kim at the hospital.

Reports indicate that Jacqueline was scheduled to perform at IPL 2025 but chose to withdraw to support her family during this challenging time.

She was set to take the stage at the IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders in Guwahati on March 26, but opted out to be with her loved ones.
