On April 14, a devastating road accident resulted in the immediate deaths of three brothers, while two of their friends sustained serious injuries. A chilling video capturing the final moments of this incident has gone viral on social media.
In the footage, three young men are seen riding a motorcycle at high speed, while their two friends film them from another bike. The video shows both motorcycles weaving through traffic, attempting to overtake each other. One of the riders appears to be holding an object resembling a pistol.
As they attempt to pass a truck, a trailer loaded with bricks suddenly appears in their path. Due to their excessive speed, they lose control and collide with the back of the trailer.
The impact was so severe that all three riders died on the spot. The victims, Uplaksh Kol, Amrish Kol, and Hemraj Kol, were all from the same family. The second motorcycle, carrying Prashant and Pradeep Dwivedi, was following closely behind to film the stunt and both sustained serious injuries.
The police have taken note of the incident and have initiated an investigation based on preliminary inquiries and the accident footage.
This tragic event serves as a stark warning to young people who risk their lives and others' for a few 'likes' and 'views' on social media. Performing high-speed stunts on highways is not only illegal but can also leave families with wounds that never heal.
