A horrifying incident has emerged from Moradabad district in Uttar Pradesh, leaving the community in shock. A young girl had accompanied her aunt to a field to collect grass. While the aunt went to perform her evening prayers, the minor girl headed towards the fields and suddenly vanished. The following morning, when she was found, her condition was alarming. The event reportedly took place on a Sunday evening. The aunt was gathering grass in the forest as usual, and the family sent the young girl to help. They were only minutes apart, but those few moments led to a terrifying turn of events. When the aunt returned after prayers, the girl had not come back. As time passed without any sign of her, the family began to worry.
Search Efforts Intensify
When the girl did not return by nightfall, her mother ventured into the woods to search for her. She called out for her daughter and scoured the cornfields, but to no avail. After a prolonged search, she discovered one of the girl's sandals in the cornfield, heightening their fears.
Gruesome Findings
The next morning, as the search resumed, the mother found her daughter in a horrific state; her body was mutilated. The girl was discovered naked in the field, with severe wounds on her face and private areas. The body bore over 40 injuries, indicating that she had been brutally assaulted before being murdered.

Upon receiving the report, the local police arrived at the scene and took the body for an autopsy. The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Moradabad, Satpal Antil, inspected the site and stated that the case is extremely serious and is being investigated from all angles. The victim's family has mentioned names of some acquaintances, prompting the police to explore potential personal vendettas or internal disputes. Additionally, it was noted that the report of the girl’s disappearance was not filed promptly, which could have expedited the investigation. Nevertheless, the police have called in a forensic team to gather evidence.

The police are currently awaiting the autopsy report to determine if the girl was sexually assaulted. However, given the condition of the body, there are strong suspicions that she was raped before being killed with a sharp weapon.
