Vice President Mourns Loss in Goa Nightclub Fire

Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan expressed his deep sorrow on Sunday regarding the tragic incident at a nightclub in Goa that resulted in multiple fatalities. The fire broke out late Saturday night at the popular nightclub, Burch by Romeo Lane, located in the village of Arpora in North Goa, claiming the lives of at least 25 individuals, including four tourists and 14 staff members. Additionally, six others sustained injuries in the blaze.

In a post on X, the Vice President stated, 'I am deeply saddened by the loss of life and property in the tragic fire incident in Arpora, Goa. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families who have lost their loved ones in this unfortunate event. My thoughts and prayers are with them during this extremely difficult time.' He also wished for the swift recovery of all those injured.
