A powerful explosion occurred at a firecracker manufacturing unit in the village of Kattanarpatti, located in Tamil Nadu's Virudhunagar district. The blast was so intense that it affected four nearby firecracker factories as well. Tragically, this incident has resulted in the loss of 16 lives, with 6 others suffering serious injuries and currently receiving medical treatment.
