- Drowning Incidents: Several individuals drowned while bathing in the Gomti River and Amrit Sarovar. Notable cases included 23-year-old Pawan Kumar Gupta from Kishni village and 26-year-old Dilip Kumar from the Inhauna area.
- Suspicious Circumstances: Hanuman Gautam, aged 35 from Barsanda, died after consuming a toxic substance, with family members alleging foul play.
Additionally, during a fair in Musafirkhana, a stampede-like situation resulted in injuries to eight people, while three others were hurt in separate incidents in the Gauriganj area. All injured individuals have been admitted to the hospital, with several in critical condition.
