According to police, the family allegedly took their own lives due to distress over their son's uncertain future, as he was struggling to secure stable employment. The deceased were identified as M. Madhusudhan Rao (65), his wife Ratnavali (56), and their son Sai Samarth (25). They were discovered at their residence in the Duvvuru village of the Sangam Mandal. Madhusudhan was a retired teacher, and his son had completed an engineering degree.

An official stated that the family left behind a note detailing the division of their property among relatives. In a separate incident last month in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a domestic dispute linked to an extramarital affair ended tragically, resulting in the deaths of three individuals within hours. Authorities reported that a 34-year-old man allegedly killed his wife and then committed suicide by ingesting poison. Following this, the woman's alleged lover also took his own life in the neighboring Khandwa district. During the investigation, police discovered a suicide note at the scene. In the note, the husband accused a man from Pithampur of having an affair with his wife, claiming that the individual had manipulated her and threatened to share private photos on social media.
Escalating Tensions
The note further revealed that the husband had repeatedly requested the man to cease contact with his wife, but their alleged relationship persisted despite his objections. The situation escalated when the alleged lover learned of the couple's deaths, prompting him to flee to his ancestral village in Khandwa.
