Tragic Collision in Jaunpur Claims Five Lives, Including a Toddler

Fatal Accident in Jaunpur District

A devastating accident occurred near the Guraini petrol pump in the Khetasarai police station area of Jaunpur district, resulting in the deaths of five individuals, including a two-year-old girl. Additionally, around 15 others sustained injuries in the incident, as reported by local authorities on Wednesday.

According to police reports, the collision took place on Tuesday night near the Guraini petrol pump. Officials indicated that the crash happened around 10:30 PM when a bus traveling from Jaunpur collided head-on with a truck coming from Shahganj.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Dr. Kaustubh confirmed that the deceased included two women, two men, and one child. The police also noted that 15 other individuals were injured in this tragic event.
