A tragic car accident occurred in Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh on National Highway-46, resulting in the deaths of two young men and leaving another seriously injured. The incident took place around 4 AM near the village of Nitaya, where a speeding car lost control, collided with a parked truck on the roadside, and subsequently crashed into the railing on the opposite side. The impact was so severe that the front of the car was extensively damaged.
According to ASI Deepak Parashar from the local police station, the young men were traveling from Multai to Bhopal. The vehicle struck the truck parked by the roadside before crossing the divider and hitting the railing. Tragically, both passengers in the car died at the scene.
The deceased have been identified as Gyan Singh Thakur from Masoud village in Multai (Betul) and Vishal Wadgure from Wardha village in Hinganghat (Nagpur). The driver of the car sustained serious injuries.
Police Launch Investigation
The police arrived at the scene and transported the injured driver to the district hospital in Narmadapuram via an ambulance for treatment. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the accident's causes and have informed the families of the victims. After the post-mortem, the bodies will be handed over to their relatives.
