The younger sibling brutally attacked his elder brother with a brick, resulting in a fatality. After the incident, the accused disposed of the body in nearby bushes. On April 29, a body was discovered in the bushes along a canal in Biralsi village, located in the Charthawal police jurisdiction. The deceased was identified as Deepak from Rukhanpur village, with a distinctive mark on his hand.


Investigation Uncovers the Truth


During the investigation, police reviewed CCTV footage from April 28, revealing that Sachin had taken Deepak away on his motorcycle while he was under the influence of alcohol.


Upon confronting Sachin with the evidence, he confessed that Deepak frequently misbehaved with his wife and had inappropriate intentions towards her. He also mentioned that Deepak was considering selling land to fund his drinking habits.


Arrest of the Accused


During questioning, Sachin admitted to his brother's inappropriate behavior and his desire to sell land for alcohol. Frustrated by these circumstances, he attacked Deepak with a brick near the canal, leading to his death. After hiding the body in the bushes, Sachin fled the scene. However, police have since arrested him and recovered the brick used in the crime.
