Tragic Bike Accident Claims Lives of Two Students in Bihar

Fatal Collision Involving Students

A heartbreaking incident occurred when two Class 10 students tragically lost their lives, and another was critically injured after their motorcycle crashed into a stationary bus. This unfortunate event unfolded while they were filming reels for social media near National Highway 80 in the Bariyarpur region of Sultanganj, approximately 170 kilometers from Patna.

The victims have been identified as Shubham and Anand Kumar, while the injured student, Sonu Kumar, is currently receiving medical attention at a nearby hospital, as reported by local media.

Reports indicate that the trio was riding towards Sultanganj on their bike, capturing videos along the way. Unfortunately, the rider lost control, leading to a collision with the parked bus.

In response to this tragic event, Munger Superintendent of Police Imran Masood emphasized the importance of road safety awareness. He noted that despite ongoing efforts to educate the public, many young individuals continue to engage in reckless behavior, resulting in accidents. He urged the community to adhere to traffic regulations, wear helmets, refrain from speeding, avoid riding with multiple passengers, and not use mobile phones while driving.
