Former Chief Minister's Untimely Demise
Ahmedabad: On Thursday, former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani, tragically lost his life in an airplane accident involving an Air India flight. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, as confirmed by Union Minister CR Patil.
At the age of 68, Rupani served as the chief minister from 2016 until 2021, representing the Rajkot West constituency in the Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections.
